Reef Horticulture

Through our strong relationship with the people and Government of Niue, Reef was invited to form a Joint Venture company with the Government of Niue to develop the Noni Industry in Niue as well as other horticulture products including Limes and Vanilla. Niue Noni Joint Venture LTD is the company that was created. It is a registered company with shareholders agreement and constitution.

Vaiea Farm, a major part of the joint venture, was officially opened in October 2004, and is the most technologically advanced processing plant in the Southern Pacific. It is capable of producing up to 100,000 litres of juice per month.

Combinations of fruit from the island's lush forest, and from the company's own orchard make this the biggest single plantation in the world.
